Public Relations Officer (PRO)

InstaCódigo is looking for a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle all company and employee-related documentation and ensure smooth compliance with UAE laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in government procedures, visa processing, and labor law, with excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government procedures to ensure compliance.
• Manage the submission, follow-up, and timely processing of all employee and business visas.
• Handle renewals of trade licenses and other company registrations, avoiding delays or penalties.
• Represent InstaCódigo at government entities (Airports, Embassies, Police, Ministries, Municipalities, etc.).
• Respond to inquiries about PRO services and provide accurate guidance.
• Manage and renew company vehicle registrations.
• Support HR in streamlining residency, visa, and documentation processes.
• Assist with related tasks such as medical insurance, NOC letters, HR reports, and front desk support when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of proven PRO experience in Dubai.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of immigration rules, regulations, and government online systems.
• Hands-on experience in processing different types of visas.
