🔑 Key Responsibilities
- 📊 Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources.
- 🤖 Develop and deploy predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses.
- 🔍 Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and patterns.
- 🧪 Design experiments and validate hypotheses for data-driven decision-making.
- ⚙️ Build scalable data pipelines and workflows for efficient processing.
- 📈 Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 🤝 Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to deliver impactful solutions.
- 📚 Stay updated on the latest in AI, ML, and data science innovations.
- 📝 Document methodologies, workflows, and results for future use.
🎓 Qualifications
Education
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Certifications in Data Science or Machine Learning are a plus.
Experience
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Data Science or related fields.
- Proven success in developing and deploying machine learning models.
Technical Skills
- Strong in Python or R.
- Skilled in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
- Solid foundation in statistics, predictive modeling, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark) & SQL/relational databases.
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Soft Skills
- Sharp analytical & problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills to present insights clearly.
- Independent yet collaborative team player.
- High attention to detail and data integrity.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
