We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our automation team and identify opportunities for transforming business processes through technology. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business strategy and automation implementation, helping our clients unlock efficiency and scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for automation using InstaCódigo’s proprietary solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document automation requirements.
- Partner with technical teams to design, implement, and optimize automation workflows.
- Develop compelling business cases for automation initiatives, emphasizing ROI, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure automation solutions comply with business objectives, industry standards, and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate automation performance, providing insights for continuous process improvement.
- Support change management by assisting clients in adopting automation solutions successfully.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.
- Experience with automation platforms (e.g., Aiwozo, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or similar tools.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, workflow design, and identifying process bottlenecks.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar).
- Experience in AI, RPA, or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience in creating process KPIs and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to train and mentor teams on automation adoption.
